As a Data Owner Lead in the Data & Analytics Team, you partner with product, technology, and analytics leads to deliver trusted, high-quality data solutions that support business objectives and customer outcomes. You help shape the team culture and drive innovation through responsible data management and analytics. Job responsibilities Create and execute plans for product data delivery to support strategic business objectives, analytics, and reporting Collaborate with partners to drive understanding and use of data within the business Identify, document, and classify critical data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness Develop and implement processes to monitor and mitigate data risks, including protection, retention, and quality Manage compliance with Firmwide policies and standards for data integrity and protection Track and manage workstreams and KPIs to ensure successful data deliveries Build relationships with product data delivery partners and consumers across business, technology, analytics, and operations Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Eight years of industry experience in a data-related role Subject matter expertise in business or product data or processes Hands-on experience in data management, governance, and delivery across multiple workstreams Proficient in SQL and database technologies Strong ability to consult with stakeholders on data best practices, including modeling, governance, and ETL Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior audiences and translate business requirements to technical teams Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Master’s degree Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS Technical knowledge of data warehouse platforms like Snowflake or Teradata Knowledge of payments products or retail banking JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
