We are looking for a Data Platform Developer to strengthen our Data & Analytics team by taking a lead role in making our data driven ambitions a reality.
The Data & Analytics team plays a key role in Wilhelmsen Maritime Services delivering operational, financial and management reporting to business divisions across the organization. This Agile team consists of both internal and external data engineers, having full end to end responsibility for both development and operations, from creating the data pipelines to visualizing the data to end users.
We have recently completed our migration to a new tech stack for ETL and are now looking for someone who can play a key role in the journey of taking it to the next level. You know what it takes to create and maintain efficient data pipelines as well as operating a global, governed, scalable, secure, and unified enterprise-wide data warehouse. The right person will have the overall technical and architectural responsibility for our Platform for Insights & Analytics (PIA), including technologies like Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, Airbyte, Python, Kubernetes, Power BI, Celonis Process Mining. We want the candidate to drive new technology implementations to improve and extend the services we deliver.
