Role highlights Ensure reliable operation, maintenance and evolution of the data platform Design and deliver solutions in operations, automation, data engineering and integration Standardize and automate infrastructure, setup, release and run processes Support production-grade troubleshooting, stabilization, migrations, handovers and hypercare Further develop CI/CD, monitoring, logging, alerting and runbooks Your skills Technical and education Degree (Uni/FH/HF) in Computer Science or an equivalent degree Several years of experience in platform operations, automation, data engineering and integration Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Python and Kafka Solid experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, incremental processing, data validation, deployment and version control, as well as monitoring, logging, alerting and runbooks in production environments Personal and languages Structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic Reliable, engaged and accountable Communicative and team-oriented; confident collaboration with diverse stakeholders and topics end-to-end Good English in speaking and writing; German is a plus With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or in your home office.
