Required Qualifications, US:

• 10+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of Agile experience
• 2+ years of experience with Cloud technologies
• 3 + years of experience creating and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps at the executive level for enterprise-wide business initiative

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in the Consulting industry with implementing data platforms (On Prem and Cloud)
• Experience in a banking or wealth management industry
• 3+ years of product development and product management experience
• BS/BA degree or higher
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills and outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to organize, manage multiple priorities and achieve results
• Ability to translate and present complex data in a manner that educates, enhances understanding, and influence decision

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Wells Fargo is seeking Data Platforms Product Owner - Principal Data Management Analyst within Data Management and Insights (DMI). This Owner will lead strategic thinking and priorities required for Enterprise Data Platforms in the Data ecosystem along with others, while ensuring immediate business requirements are addressed. They will develop an end-to-end view of requirements for data services and capabilities.

THE DATA PLATFORMS PRODUCT OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

User Experience:

• Using human-centered design principles, develop a framework for defining data platform user personas using a standard taxonomy
• Develop e2e User Journeys of key personas, resulting in the top Journey segments that require attention for the key personas
• Define cross-product requirements and lead their overall execution to realize the improvements for top Journeys segments for each of the key personas

Business Product Architecture:

• Define product vision, requirements and roadmap required to support a hybrid - data platform environment (Cloud and On Prem)
• Lead the overall execution of products required to support delivery of a simplified data environment
• Assess end-to-end product continuity and prioritize areas of focus that balance near-term and long-term needs
• Define contemporary business product architecture and business requirements that reduce tight coupling between products
• Define product requirements and lead their overall execution to realize that largely abstracts data persistence across On-Prem and Cloud Platforms, for unified user-experiences for end-users and tenants

Product Adoption:

• Develop a measurement framework and lead its overall execution to periodically reveal insights about the value and benefits across products in terms that are relevant to their respective key user Personas.
