Role overview Group Privacy‘s mission is to develop the Allianz Groups privacy strategy framework to allow our businesses to increase customers, employees and third parties trust in handling of their data. We support the ethical usage of AI in Allianz and the implementation of upcoming data regulations to promote sustainable business growth. You will join the Privacy & AI Trust Monitoring Team Germany and help monitor and assure data privacy and AI Trust compliance for Allianz Group and Allianz SE. What you do: Provide general administrative support of Privacy & AI Trust Monitoring Team (e.g. Maintenance & Housekeeping of Tool OneTrust, update of general information & AZ Connect page) Support the documentation of findings in IBM Open Pages (ORGS) Perform follow-up on findings, maintain reminders, and conduct quality checks in IBM OpenPages (ORGS) Support GIAM attestation activities for IBM Open Pages (ORGS) Orchestrate & maintain quarterly reportings Maintain monitoring dashboards What you bring: 3+ years professional work experience in a relevant function, e.g. Consulting, Data Privacy / Audit / Compliance / Legal / Risk Strong academic track record with relevant studies e.g. in Law, Business Administration, or Information Technology Fluency in English, and German (optional) Very sharp analytic and conceptual skills; High level of reliability and commitment Initiative and a high sense of responsibility Expert knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and (Generative) Artificial Intelligence (Gen)AI, as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.
