We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team in Liverpool, which is responsible for providing support to the Data Protection Officer and Privacy Office in a variety of ways; in order to help the wider group comply with their obligations under data protection law and to meet their goals in line with the Data Protection Strategy. As Data Privacy Analyst, your responsibilities will include among others: Operate and manage OneTrust, act as subject matter expert and produce maps and reports on the information held within OneTrust Ensure appropriate assessments are issued on time and track and manage completion of assessments and co-ordinate the completion of risks and actions arising from assessments Assist staff to accurately record data breaches and follow up on actions and assist in the investigation of incidents and other duties of the privacy team Regularly review the privacy assessment procedures and create and maintain guidance and training to support the independent completion of assessments by colleagues Build and foster strong relationships with other business areas, not limited to Information Security, Central Services, Procurement and Marketing Provide support on information rights requests, DPIAs, due diligence reviews and maintain the register of Data Protection Supervisory Authority registrations Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should: Has a working knowledge of Data Protection/GDPR and the organization’s responsibilities under this legislation Working knowledge of OneTrust Proactive and able to work on own initiative Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and good analytical and investigative skills Able to work with people and confidence when liaising with more senior staff Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills at all levels, both internal and external Desired: Relevant professional qualifications University qualification Additional Information As a colleague here at Evelyn Partners, you will have access to benefits that include: Competitive salary Private medical insurance Life assurance Pension contribution Hybrid working model (role dependant) Generous holiday package Option to purchase additional holiday Shared parental leave We are proud to value the differences that a diverse workforce brings, representative of society and our clients.
