Responsibilities

JOB ROLE

You will act as the data privacy subject matter expert on area’s processes and procedures, ensuring the global implementation of and compliance with the Data Privacy principles for Allianz Technology SE’s.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Act as a single point of contact for Allianz Technology to the Allianz Technology Data Privacy Officer;
  • Manage the Data Privacy Assessments process for activities, including initiating both Data Register Assessment and Privacy Impact Assessments processes;
  • Collaborate with different teams to complete data privacy assessments and respond to requests raised by the Data Privacy team (risk mitigation proposals, queries for additional information);
  • Advise Information Owners on privacy-related matters;
  • Coordinate responses to Data Subject Rights requests and advise Information Owners on necessary actions
  • Advise and collaborate with local DPO (Data Privacy Officers)/DPP (Data Privacy Professionals) on business-related matters;
  • Act as liaison between DPO/DPP and Personal Data Incident Owner and the Information Owner and provide support in handling any such incidents, subject access requests and complaints;
  • Support DPO/DPP in the deployment & delivery of Data Privacy awareness campaigns and trainings;
  • Establish any necessary checks/ procedures to ensure the Allianz Privacy Standards are being adhered to in the area
  • Ensuring performance of the legal regulatory monitoring process
