SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Solid working knowledge of data privacy concepts, principles and standards
  • Proven experience of providing advice on complex and technical areas of compliance regulation
  • Experience of maintaining key documents such as plans, strategies, risk registers and briefingsDeveloped presentation and reporting experience

Responsibilities
  • Creating and embedding the processes to detect, investigate, risk-assess and record data protectionrelated incidents and breaches.Being the main contact for the business to report any data privacy breaches.
  • Conducting /assisting with investigations for suspected or actual privacy breaches
  • Working with internal clients and other colleagues across ENBD jurisdictions to help ensure privacy compliance and risk management through a Data Privacy Impact Assessment when implementing new initiatives involving the collection and use of personal data.
  • Assisting with the roll out of Data Privacy solutions across the Group.
  • Assist in the creation of a comprehensive periodic report on material pending, on-going and new projects, matters and risks within the Data Privacy Office team.
