JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to serve as a Data Privacy & Security Compliance Analyst supporting Comcast HR systems. This role will be responsible for ensuring that internal applications and third-party vendors comply with Comcast’s data privacy and security standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of workforce data protection principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Comcast system owners to assess and ensure compliance with Comcast’s data privacy and security requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Comcast’s workforce data privacy and security workstreams, translating technical requirements into clear guidance for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with vendors and vendor relationship managers to evaluate their compliance posture and support remediation efforts where necessary.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of how HR systems interconnect and share data.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders, vendors, and system owners to drive alignment and progress on compliance goals.
  • Document workflows, decisions, and compliance statuses to support audits and internal reviews.
  • Understand, monitor, and support compliance of AI-powered applications used within HR systems, ensuring alignment with Comcast’s AI governance, ethical use policies, and data privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with technical and audit teams to evaluate AI models and tools for risk, transparency, and data handling practices, especially where personal or sensitive data is involved.
