We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated data processing clerk to join our operations team. This is an excellent entry level role for candidates interested in data management, administration, and HR support functions. You will work fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter, update and maintain company and client data across digital systems.
Organize and label digital files and ensure compliance with company protocols.
Support the preparation of simple reports, summaries, and spreadsheets for management.
Perform basic quality checks to identify and correct inconsistencies or errors.
Provide administrative assistance to the operations and people & culture teams.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
