REQUIREMENTS

Fluency in the English language is a must
Past experience in the mailing or bindery industry is preferred.
Microsoft Office Knowledge
Highly proficient with Excel, Adobe, Mail Merge software

• Scrutinize incoming data
• Process data according to client specifications
• Process Mailing Data
• Create production Data Proofs for customer sign off
• Data merge
• Initiate outgoing calls as required
• Work with members of the Data team to help move orders into and through production for fast, efficient service
• Liaise between IT Director, Customer Service and Management to correctly process and complete orders
• Help continue to build and nurture relationships with new and existing clientele.
• All other tasks required for the smooth and efficient running of the office
