Description
abra is looking for a Data Product Manager to join our CDO Division. This role blends product ownership with analytical and project leadership skills, focusing on Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud to drive smart customer journeys, manage audiences, and deliver data-driven insights across the organization. ● Lead the implementation of Data Cloud as part of a cross-organizational data activation strategy. ● Run smart, multi-channel campaigns using Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud. ● Build methodologies and workflows for enterprise-level campaign operations. ● Develop SQL queries and dashboards for data analysis and campaign setup. ● Write detailed business requirements and functional specifications for development teams. ● Manage interfaces with business units, data teams, marketing, and development. ● Analyze marketing data to optimize campaign performance and increase effectiveness. ● Lead data initiatives from requirements to full implementation. ● Define and build funnels and customer flows to support campaign activation. Requirements ● 5+ years of SQL experience with complex queries and large data sets — required. ● Strong familiarity with Salesforce data schema and objects — required. ● Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud — required. ● Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud — strong advantage. ● Experience leading data projects end-to-end — required. ● Experience managing collaboration with business and technical stakeholders — required. ● Experience writing BRDs and functional/technical specifications — strong advantage. ● Deep business understanding in customer journeys, products, and marketing processes — advantage. Nice to have ● Experience with Redshift, AWS, or enterprise-scale data environments. ● Experience running multi-channel personalized campaigns. ● Familiarity with Salesforce CRM. ● Experience with marketing analytics in large organizations. ● Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate insights clearly to leadership.
