Description
Collaborate with solution product teams to gather the voice of the customer, identify needs & create platform opportunities for data science to inform the delivery of rich, compelling user experiences. Collaborate with data engineers & data analysts to match data sources, data quality needs, and data science technical requirements with desired business outcomes. Develop use cases and roadmaps that build an ecosystem of data products and solutions that drive customer value with strong ROI. Manage the data platform's end-to-end product and feature lifecycle, from strategic planning ideation to tactical execution implementation and stabilization. Establish source-of-truth data products and dashboards that the entire company can use to answer their own product questions. Manage solution engagement and onboarding, ensuring customer and partner success in using the data platform. Communicate with scrum teams, program teams, management and senior executives about data product strategy, requirements, development and launch. Maintain clear priorities and relentless execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Define and monitor data platform performance metrics against goals. Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product management, digital or software product development, or a related field.
