Job Description Global Service Center Media Measurement (GSC MM) is a global Hub located in Sofia that provides operations support for various Media products. The department services include data and systems quality control, panel helpdesk support, data processing and delivery, data analytics and data science, process automation support. We are looking for a Data Production Specialist to join our Hub Data Production Team in Sofia. The position is responsible for the production and delivery of regular and ad hoc data for multiple digital audience measurement products. You will be monitoring and executing data processing workflows using big data tools and predefined procedures, ensuring proper workflow configurations and data integrity. Responsibilities: Execute predefined procedures for data processing using different proprietary tools Configure data workflows for different countries and panels Monitor incoming data and check integrity before processing Escalate data quality issues and support investigations Collaborate with relevant global teams (operations, tech, product, etc.) Support the training of more junior team members Document processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing Assist in the development and implementation of best practices Assist in optimizations of work processes Requirements: Relevant work experience General experience in working and managing (big) data Advanced level of MS Excel or similar tools Basic knowledge in SQL data query Very good level of English language, both written and spoken Analytical mindset, problem-solving and effective communication skills Knowledge in Python or other programming is considered as advantage Understanding statistics or big data is considered as advantage We offer: Food vouchers of 120 BGN monthly Life Insurance Additional Medical Insurance, incl Prophylactics, Outpatient care, Inpatient care, Expenses for medications and medical products Additional paid leave of 3 days in case of no overdue leave days from previous year Free access to LinkedIn Learning platform.
