REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience in program/project management within a data-heavy or technical environment.
Familiarity with workflows in data engineering, BI, and data science.
Hands-on experience managing work intake, capacity planning, or triage in a fast-moving technical team.
Strong organizational skills and experience managing work in systems like Azure DevOps, and SDP.
Experience in an insurance, financial services, or regulated industry context.
