Clerk Grade: 5/6
Salary Range: $99,938 - $110,271 + superannuation
Employment Type: Temporary (up to 12 months), Full-Time

Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Data Projects & Systems Support Officer to join the Information and Privacy Commission NSW (IPC). The role plays a key role in supporting the delivery of data-driven projects at the IPC. This role is responsible for providing data analysis of casework, preparing monthly performance reporting, implementing IT enhancements, providing system support and general project coordination to ensure the successful implementation of business improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Your key accountabilities include:

  • Conducting data analysis and generating performance reporting and operational dashboards
  • Investigating and implementing IT enhancements
  • Providing IT support to the organisation
  • Delivering high-quality administrative and secretariat support for IT committees, including managing committee logistics and preparing meeting materials.
  • Providing project and operational support, including tracking milestones and reporting progress.Maintaining documentation and records to meet recordkeeping requirements and ensure operational manuals are kept up to date.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, including preparing reports, tables, and graphs.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality documentation and support meetings effectively.
  • Proficiency in records management and the ability to track and manage workflow efficiently.
