We approach privacy and data protection as a value creator and differentiator for our clients. Our data protection and privacy team is helping our clients to build trust and solve complex challenges by supporting them in defining a data protection and privacy vision and strategy, design and development of sustainable and agile frameworks, selection and implementation of supporting technology and the change management required to successfully manage data protection.

Responsibilities

In this unique role, you will be part of our Cybersecurity, Resilience and Privacy team and as a seasoned Privacy professional (SME and Leadership) you bring our Data Protection and Privacy team and its associated services further:

  • Advising on C level, you will consult, drive change on Board level;
  • Work with the Partner and Director team on lead generation and follow-up;
  • Coaching junior Privacy professionals and bringing them further in their career;
  • Be the SME regarding Privacy and data protection topics and cooperate with other teams and competences, also across territories;
  • Grow our visibility in the market and drive business development initiatives (e.g. conferences and thought leadership);
  • Work together with other parts of our business to provide end-to-end solutions to our client problems (like with GRC, AI, Legal and Security).

More hands on activities will include:

  • Develop external relationship network and take ownership in building client relations;
  • Assess data protection and privacy challenges and help clients in building and implementing sustainable data protection and privacy solutions while leveraging technology;
  • Support clients in assessing, developing and implementing information governance frameworks;
  • Support clients in designing, implementing and managing their privacy operation processes, technology and guidelines. For example;
  • defining privacy governance and target operating models;
  • implementing Privacy by design;
  • develop and maintain a privacy-oriented culture;
  • DPIA’s, LIA’s, TIA’s, RoPA’s;
  • data discovery, mapping and classification.
  • Work with colleagues in other service areas and support our clients’ data protection and privacy needs, including Legal, Risk & Compliance Consulting, Technology Consulting and Internal Audit to name a few.
