We are seeking a Data Protection & IT Governance Lead to drive compliance, develop policies, and implement robust cybersecurity and IT asset management strategies.

DATA PROTECTION & COMPLIANCE (DPO RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Act as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for the Group, ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018, UK GDPR, and other UK data protection laws.
• Develop and maintain privacy policies, procedures, and training programs for staff.
• Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and oversee data governance strategies.
• Lead and manage the Data Protection & Information Security (DPIS) Committee.
• Manage data breach responses, vendor compliance, and international data transfers.
