The role supports Solution Architects in pre-sales engagements, provides subject matter expertise in major incidents, and leads knowledge capture for data protection services. Establish and maintain service delivery standards for backup, DRaaS, BaaS, and data security services. Serve as the subject matter expert on Commvault, Zerto, and Cohesity, driving consistent adoption and delivery across all teams.
