Job Description Ensure a legal watch in the field of specialization by following the evolution of national regulations, as well as case law Conduct in-depth and reliable research on issues posed by internal clients and provide operational legal assistance Draft information notes and legal documents related to the field of specialization (e.g. letters to administrations or the supervisory authority, company agreements, employment contracts, personal data under commissioning contracts or data subject requests to exercise rights, processing register and data breach handling) Maintain the department's documentary database and dashboards in compliance with established rules Create, develop and participate in awareness / training actions on legal topics in your field Conduct audits and identify risks Collect documentation from the various departments in order to meet regulatory obligations Anticipate and assess the impacts of new regulations in the field of activity on the organization, procedures and practices, as well as identify potential impacts on related areas of specialization Understand, analyze the impacts and support the deployment of transformation projects in the company and recommend the actions necessary for their feasibility Negotiate agreements and/or DP contracts with internal and/or external interlocutors Be the interface for the various administrations during inspections on simple issues Follow up on simple litigation or pre-litigation in coordination with lawyers Qualifications EDUCATION Master level in his/her field of activity Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus) EXPERIENCE Have a strong interest in regulatory and legal aspects of personal data protection Master the IT tools and software in the field (e.g. GRC and ISP tools suite) SKILLS Strong analytical mindset and keen perception Thoughtful and creative in problem‑solving Consistent and results‑oriented Versatile with a fast-learning ability Additional Information Agile and flexible in adapting to changing situations Trustworthy and reliable Responsible and dependable Collaborative team player and autonomous Assertive with clear and confident communication Hard‑working and disciplined Knowing how to work in an intercultural group Legal Entity: RBEG LLC
