Descripción del empleo At Tieto, we are looking for a Junior Data Protection & DORA Analyst to join our team and support innovative projects within the regulatory and compliance area. We are seeking a motivated junior profile with a strong academic background in Law, Business Administration, Data Protection, Compliance, Risk Management, or related fields, eager to develop professionally in a collaborative, technological, and fast-evolving environment. Responsibilities Support projects related to data protection and regulatory compliance Assist in the implementation and monitoring of controls aligned with DORA requirements Collaborate in risk analysis and regulatory requirements reviews Work alongside technical and business teams on compliance and security initiatives Support information management and data protection activities Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, policies, and procedures Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field Preferably a Master’s degree in Data Protection, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or similar areas Basic knowledge of Data Protection and/or DORA regulations acquired through academic studies, master’s programs, certifications, or internships Strong interest in regulatory, compliance, and risk management topics Eagerness to learn and grow professionally in this field Teamwork and collaboration skills English level B2 or higher Nice to Have Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks or information security principles Academic projects or internships related to compliance, data protection, or cybersecurity Proactive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to grow professionally Información adicional At Tieto, we believe in the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
