We’re looking for a detail-driven Data Quality Analyst to join our Data Management & Governance team and elevate the accuracy, trust, and transparency of our business data. From customers and suppliers to internal transactions, your work will impact every facet of our operations across APAC, LatAm, and EEMEA. What you’ll do: Champion data governance initiatives across Customer, Supplier, Employee, and Business Transactional domains. Build and maintain dashboards to monitor data quality and compliance. Tackle unprocessed orders and system discrepancies daily—ensuring data clarity and operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed robust data ownership and accountability. Help shape and maintain data dictionaries, standards, and quality metrics. Drive process improvements and proactively prevent recurring data issues. What you bring: Experience in data governance, management, or analytics, ideally in medical devices, healthcare, or a regulated industry. Proven ability to analyse, interpret, and elevate data quality to support business outcomes. Stakeholder engagement expertise with strong communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory/integrity reporting, and quality management systems. A passion for process improvement, accuracy, and operational impact. Desirable: Tertiary qualifications in Data Management, IT, Business or Finance. Familiarity with data governance tools and reporting dashboards. Project management experience is a plus. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
