POSITION SUMMARY

We’re growing rapidly, and we’re searching for an analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Data Quality team in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring data quality across our pipeline, conducting in-depth analyses, and providing valuable insights that help our clients understand their performance in stores.

You’ll work in the Data Quality team, focusing on data quality and analysis to ensure our Rolling Retail Census, Trackers, and other commercial products deliver reliable insights.

Drive Data Quality Excellence

• Design and implement comprehensive data quality checks across the commercial product pipelines
• Monitor data consistency, completeness, and accuracy
• Create and maintain dashboards to track quality metrics
• Identify patterns and trends in data quality issues

Data Investigation & Troubleshooting

• Investigate unexpected variations in key metrics, from raw data collection to final reporting
• Analyze historical trends to identify and explain significant changes in market indicators
• Deep dive into data anomalies to trace issues through the transformation pipeline
• Proactively identify potential data quality risks by analyzing patterns across different data sources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement systematic fixes for recurring issues
• Develop reports to communicate key findings to stakeholders

Advanced Analytics & Models Support

• Collaborate with data science teams on ML models development and implementation
• Apply statistical methods to detect anomalies and investigate data patterns
• Prepare and validate data for various modeling initiatives
• Analyze model outputs and provide business context for results
• Develop and test hypotheses about relationships between variables
