EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of three (3 years) of experience in reporting and analytic work products
  • Strong experience using SQL, Python, SAS, and Advanced Microsoft Office Suite to create scalable and repeatable reports
  • Experience with Geo-access software is a big plus
  • Must have previous experience working with healthcare data or claims data
  • Bachelor’s Degree OR In lieu of degree, experience and proven proficiency of five to seven (5 to 7) years of experience in similar work.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Manager, the Senior Data and Quality Analyst will be part of our provider network compliance and reporting team. You will design and provide reliable and accurate network data and information to assess network management performance and gaps for RFPs, new markets, new products and expansions. Provider data integrity and consistency are paramount in the production of directories, reports for contractual requirements, provider engagement in value-based programs, regulatory reports and business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Analyst responsible for assisting the Manager in developing and maintaining reporting integrity through proofing and standardizing processes, assuring results meet performance standards and adhering to approved policies and procedures. By applying vigorous and scientific methods, you will investigate the data flow and data points to identify impact to quality data, and recommend ways to reduce or avoid negative results
  • Translate network management data into actionable information that illustrate the network strengths and gaps. Apply optimal use of resources and tools to yield maximal results. You will create and report results using dashboards, pivot tables and other tools that demonstrate knowledge of the data sets and business analytics. You will extract the data from the enterprise system and must be capable of creating the report requirements, specifications and programming to gather the data for this work
  • Proficient in generating data pulls and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Completes reporting for network compliance and adequacy
  • Translates data into business impact
  • Serves as Lead Analyst on the team, proofs work of Data Quality and Audit Analysts, and also trains new Data Quality and Audit Analysts
