DATA QUALITY COORDINATOR

Location: Hybrid – Reigate, Surrey (3 days in office, 2 from home)
Salary: £31,693 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)

We’re looking for a Data Quality Coordinator to join our award-winning team at Active Prospects, supporting how we collect, review and present information to improve quality, compliance, and outcomes for the people we support.

In this role, you’ll help us gather and present key performance information clearly and accurately, working across teams and services. You’ll:

• Use Excel and Power BI to produce reports and visuals that show how we’re performing
• Help collate and submit reports for senior leaders and the Board
• Work with others to keep data systems and templates up to date and well organised
• Review data to spot any gaps, errors or trends that may need further attention
• Support colleagues to find, understand, and use data when needed
• Help coordinate governance and quality activities, such as policy updates, audits, and reporting schedules
