This role involves performing data quality analysis, identifying issues, and collaborating with various teams to implement resolutions and preventative measures. The individual will use their technical and communication skills to support data management initiatives and maintain high-quality data standards. This is a specialized, non-clerical role that involves overseeing data collection and reviewing data entered by data entry personnel. The primary goal is to ensure the integrity of data and the credibility of the program's outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a field related to Data Management, such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Business Administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proven experience working with Microsoft Access, including updating databases, creating tables, developing queries and forms, and filtering data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment to meet deadlines.
