ZU strives to provide a dynamic and team-oriented work environment that allows team-members to learn and gain valuable experience in the residential development industry.

WHAT WE NEED

We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, the ability to self-manage and a willingness to learn who is available to work 20-30 hours per week as a Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist (1 Year Contract). This role will assist with a variety of tasks related to the collection and maintenance of new multi-family and rental housing data in ZU’s proprietary NHSLive data product. As a Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist, you will:

  • Monitor project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by Zonda Urban for information releases;
  • Making inquiries via phone to gain information not included in project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by Zonda Urban;
  • Input sales data and relevant information received from multiple sources into ZU’s proprietary NHSLive data product;
  • Use multiple different tools in order to help verify information accuracy;
  • Monitor all active development permits in relevant cities;
  • Maintain an accurate representation of upcoming multi-family projects and monitor the scheduled launch dates and any changes in the development permit status.
