We are seeking an Associate Director of Data Science to lead data-driven decision-making across our base management team. You will work at the intersection of performance marketing, customer insights, and advanced analytics, delivering strategic recommendations that fuel growth, optimize campaigns, and enhance customer engagement.
Insight generation & optimization:
- Developing and overseeing end-to-end marketing analytics strategy, ensuring data-driven decision-making across all channels & campaigns.
- Working cross-functionally with our marketers, product teams, finance, and technology teams to translate data into strategic.
- Making recommendations.
- Storytelling to drive recommendations based on the data analysis and articulate trade offs and communication plan to senior executives.
- Measuring and reporting on marketing ROI, Uplift, LTV, churn, and other conversion metrics to assess marketing campaign performance with precision and uncover high-impact opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness, reach, and engagement.
- Delivering actionable insights that refine targeting strategies, enhance messaging, and optimize channel execution, ensuring every campaign delivers maximum impact.
- Owning the analytics-to-execution pipeline—turning complex models into clear, strategic business recommendations.
- Presenting insights and recommendations to senior executives, influencing major business decisions.
- Building financial models and develop business cases to enable effective decisions across all base-management initiatives and campaigns.
- Leading the development of dashboards and real-time reporting tools for executive and marketing teams.
- Partnering with our Data Science team to design, deploy, and scale personalization strategies using first-party data, predictive analytics, and model-based targeting.
Leadership:
- Being the go-to thought leader on data-driven marketing strategy, driving executive discussions and shaping how analytics fuel business outcomes.
- Developing strong relationships with business partners across the Value organization to drive transformational change.
- Supercharging collaboration with other analytics and off-shore teams to modernize reporting, enhance presentations, and scale automation—ensuring every insight drives immediate, tangible business value.
- Partnering with functional groups (Finance, Marketing, Operations, GTS, AI&D and others) to drive effective business decisions.
- Mentoring and elevating analytics professionals, building a team that combines technical expertise with business acumen to drive sustained competitive advantage.
In this role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
