MAKE AN IMPACT Role: Power BI Developer Exp: 7-12 Years Location: Pune/Bangalore Owns the technical delivery of data pipelines and semantic models for the Power BI Fact Sheet. Prepares clean, performant datasets and ensures Copilot-readiness through optimized model structure, naming, and KPI definitions. Supports layout validation and enables drilldowns and governance for user acceptance. SKILLs Must haves Strong hands-on experience in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX Proven experience building data models and semantic layers for financial or fund reporting Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipeline orchestration (e.g., ADF, Synapse, or Databricks) Understanding of Copilot integration within Microsoft Power BI ecosystem.--- Power BI Knowledge of data governance, access control, and performance optimization in Power BI Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience Copilot prompt design Preferred Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, or Power Automate Exposure to financial domain or fund performance analytics Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git, DevOps) for BI projects Value Add: certifications as preferred Microsoft Fabric Data Analytics Engineer (DP-600) or Microsoft Power BI Analyst (PL-300).
