Minimum Qualifications

  • Final year Ph.D or recent Ph.D graduate in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytic etc)
  • Experience with data querying and manipulation using SQL, Python, or R
  • Experience with data analysis in a scripting language (R, Python, Matlab)
  • Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employmen

  • Internship experience in data science
  • Research experience in data science
  • Experience working with cross functional teams
  • Agile, quick self-learner, highly self-motivated with strong sense of product ownership and creative problem solver.

Responsibilities
  • Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems using different analytical methods
  • Design, analyze, and interpret insights end-to-end on a project from data requirement gathering to data processing, modeling, and impactful business recommendations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities requiring the use of sophisticated analytical and modeling techniques
  • Design, execute, and interpret results of experiments (e.g., A/B testing)
  • Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to team leadership and influence strategic decision-making

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $114000 - $240000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
