Large Language Models (LLMs) hold immense potential to change the way we work and develop products. They are reshaping the landscape of Machine Learning across various domains. However, deploying Large Language Models (LLM) for business applications presents challenges due to their lack of knowledge about structured and unstructured assets involving business data models, business process metadata and documentation, which slows the development progress. It is SAP’s mission to overcome this challenge within the realm of Business AI. Our goal is to provide SAP Knowledge Graph as the key differentiator to address LLM challenges like hallucination and compliance, as well as enable the development of the foundation models on structured data to deliver distinctive generative AI solutions to our customers.
