Job Description We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist / Data Science Manager to help shape the future of data‑driven decision making across our organisation. What you'll be doing: Developing and delivering Data Science solutions that enhance decision making and customer experience Leading stakeholder engagement, simplifying technical concepts and building trusted relationships Identifying, sourcing and engineering data to ensure quality, completeness and readiness for modelling Conducting exploratory data analysis and creating repeatable, scalable data preparation patterns Visualising insights and model outputs to a high standard using best‑practice data storytelling Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to automate and productionise Data Science solutions Documenting work thoroughly and participating in peer reviews to maintain quality and share knowledge Providing Data Science subject‑matter expertise to improve customer outcomes and business processes Qualifications Who we're looking for: A degree in a quantitative field or equivalent relevant experience Strong experience manipulating high‑volume datasets with excellent attention to detail Solid understanding of Machine Learning techniques and explainable AI approaches Proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages such as Python or R Hands‑on experience developing and deploying Machine Learning models in commercial or research settings Ability to gather requirements, manage expectations and work effectively with a range of stakeholders Experience working with varied datasets across business domains; familiarity with cloud or dashboarding tools is beneficial A collaborative mindset with strong communication, problem‑solving and analytical skills Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
