WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

• Be the technical leader who assists in identifying and defining pricing improvement opportunities and helps develop solutions using machine learning and advanced statistics.
• Ensure that teams build AI systems aligned with business goals and quality expectations, considering sustainability and following best practices and internal policies.
• Help achieve long-term business objectives by identifying and implementing solutions to highly uncertain problems with the utmost scientific rigor.
• Influence the technical direction of the lab by making recommendations based on scientific and business outcomes.
• Contribute to the strategic vision of projects within your business unit by identifying opportunities in existing processes and providing innovative solutions. Rally multiple stakeholders to this vision.
• Coach and mentor senior actuaries and data scientists and act as a technical reference for management.
• Validate machine learning solutions and determine their readiness for deployment in production.
• Help teams maintain a high scientific standard by ensuring adherence to data science standard of practice and participating in their evolution.
