Position Details: * Function/Department: Advanced Analytics * Location: Bangalore, India * Employment Type: Internship * Role Overview – Intern Trainee   You Will: * Work on AI-driven claims solutions. * Explore and mine large, unstructured claims datasets to surface actionable patterns and insights * Break down complex, ambiguous business problems into well-scoped, executable technical tasks * Build and iterate on Python-based pipelines for data processing, feature extraction, and LLM integration * Collaborate with data scientists, and engineers to translate domain knowledge into working AI solutions * Prototype and evaluate LLM-based workflows (e.g., RAG pipelines, Chain-of-Thought reasoning, document summarization) * Document your findings, code, and methodologies clearly for cross-functional teams * You Are: * Curious and analytical — you dig into data until you understand what it's telling you * Structured in your thinking — you can take a vague, complex problem and map it into clear, manageable steps * A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through with minimal supervision * Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills — you can explain technical work to non-technical stakeholders * Excited about applying AI to real-world, high-stakes business problems in insurance and claims *   * Your Skills Include: * Required * Strong Python programming skills (data manipulation, scripting, automation) * Hands-on experience with data exploration and analysis using Pandas, NumPy, and visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly) * Ability to translate exploratory findings into structured insights and recommendations * Familiarity with machine learning concepts and libraries (scikit-learn, or equivalent) * Basic understanding of NLP and text processing techniques * Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking * Good to Have * Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, or RAG architectures (LangChain, Azure OpenAI, etc.) * Experience working with unstructured data (PDFs, text documents, forms)
