Data Scientist Hybrid in Guadalajara Jalisco We are seeking a curious, analytical, and results-driven Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience in data analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling. This role is ideal for someone passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and classification tasks Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into production systems Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders Perform data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation Ensure data integrity, reproducibility, and documentation of all analytical processes Stay current with advancements in data science, AI, and cloud technologies . Technical Skills Required: 5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms Preferred Qualifications: Experience with NLP, time-series forecasting, or recommendation systems Knowledge of MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) Exposure to version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies Experience working with business stakeholders in retail, finance, or telecom sectors Location & Schedule: Location: Hybrid – Guadalajara, Jalisco (3 days on-site at NTT Data offices, Av.
