Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering value in analytics roles Minimum of 2 years' experience conducting analyses for workforce planning or predicting supply and demand using supervised and unsupervised machine learning Experience in predictive modeling, natural language processing, and forecasting methods Proficiency in R Experience with data cleaning, validation, and integration from multiple data sources Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience presenting insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a global matrixed organization Experience at organizations with progressive People Analytics practices Experience using Athena, SQL, Tableau, and Excel Master's or PhD-level coursework or degree in Business Analytics, HRM/People Analytics, or I/O Psychology Experience designing and administering surveys at the business unit or enterprise level Background in competency modeling and assessment validation Experience using RPA, AI, or other advanced analytics technologies
