We are currently expanding our SOFTWARE&IT SERVICES team and are looking for a Data Scientist – AI Engineer to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality projects to our clients. Job Description - Research and evaluate AI/ML technologies aligned with the company's needs - Contribute to the implementation of AI solutions across our IT systems, business applications, and data management processes - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our development and reporting capabilities for clients - Identify best practices and provide recommendations for integrating AI to optimize services and improve the customer experience Qualifications - Engineering degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field - Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and data analytics techniques like regression, clustering, decision trees, neural networks etc. - Proficiency in programming languages: Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) - Experience with large language models (GPT, Claude 3), multi agent system and prompt engineering is a plus - Experience with databases (SQL) - Knowledge of big data tools is a plus (Hadoop, Spark) - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP - Strong analytical, problem-solving and model-building skills - Knowledge of the construction/infrastructure sector is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Additional Information - Attractive salary and bonus with annual revision - Compulsory insurance pay as gross monthly salary - Flexible working time with 15 annual leave days (female), 13 annual leave days (male) & 15 work from home days, leave 30 minutes early on Friday - Team-building activities, Sport Clubs - Cooperation with colleagues around the world in a leading global group - Strong team spirit in an entrepreneurial environment of a growing company - People values, social responsibility and sustainability - Opportunities for self-development and career advancement - Internal training courses (technical, foreign language, soft-skill)
