Description
The Data Scientist is responsible for analyzing large volumes of data, developing predictive models, and extracting actionable insights to support the company’s strategic decision-making. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to transform data into business value. What you do: Collect, clean, and process large sets of structured and unstructured data Develop and validate statistical, machine learning, and deep learning models Visualize data and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define problems and propose data-driven solutions Deploy models into production and monitor their performance Stay up to date with trends and technologies in data science What you bring: Academic: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related fields Technical: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R Experience with data science libraries and frameworks (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases Proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, etc.) Experience using cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plu Soft Skills: Analytical thinking and problem-solving Ability to work in a team and communicate complex ideas in a simple way Proactivity and results orientation Adaptability and continuous learning Experience: At least 2 years in similar roles involving data analysis, predictive modelling, or data science Proven experience in machine learning or advanced data analysis projects Desirable: Certifications in data science or machine learning Participation in data competitions (Kaggle, DrivenData, etc.) Experience in specific industries (finance, retail, healthcare, etc.) What we offer Our employees play an integral part in our success as a business.
