What you’ll do

• Work on assigned multidisciplinary team research or analytical projects using sophisticated computational algorithms.
• Apply the tools of modern data science using unfolded source architecture to the analysis of CBRE’s proprietary data
• Support data research efforts for product development for internal and external clients.
• Develop custom algorithms for solving real-estate business problems across a wealth of structure and unstructured data across multiple data sources.
• Support the Senior Data Scientist in the tracking and evaluation of data sources.
• May provide informal assistance such as technical mentorship, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project
