Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Econometrics, or Marketing Analytics. Proven experience combining a strong statistical background with marketing science or behavioral analytics Solid understanding and practical use of unsupervised learning and clustering techniques Proficiency in feature engineering for machine learning applications. Demonstrated experience in applied machine learning using scikit-learn and PySpark. Strong ability in data visualization and storytelling to effectively communicate findings and support data-driven decision-making. Nice-to-have: AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
