POSITION SUMMARY

As a Data Scientist, you will join a dynamic team focused on solving complex data challenges to drive decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. Our team works across multiple domains to extract actionable insights from vast datasets, build predictive models, and deliver impactful solutions. You will be responsible for applying advanced statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and data visualization to uncover trends and provide recommendations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that data-driven insights influence strategic decisions and deliver business value.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python and R, with experience using libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow
  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying large datasets
  • Experience with machine learning model development, evaluation, and deployment
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and techniques for data analysis
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and extract meaningful insights
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting technical information to non-technical audiences

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to translate business problems into analytical frameworks and solutions
  • Experience working with unstructured data such as text, images, or audio
  • Familiarity with data engineering and ETL pipelines
  • Knowledge of deep learning algorithms and frameworks
  • Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Databricks
  • Strong team collaboration skills, including working with cross-functional teams
  • Comfort with Agile project management methodologies

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
