Role & Opportunity for You We are currently looking for a Data Scientist to help us deliver value for DT’s products through our ML platform that handles TB datasets across over 2B mobile devices. Since we’re a product company, you will have a unique opportunity to influence the way we develop and optimize our models and algorithms and see the real monetary value of all the changes you’ll be making and experiments you’ll be performing. Duties and Responsibilities Building ML models and deploying them to production on a giant scale to serve the following batch and online use-cases: Predicting mobile users' favorite apps based on their behavioral history Predicting the value of the users' in-app transactions for mobile app developers Optimizing our bidding prices in real-time auctions (RTB) Optimizing infrastructure utilization Detecting and eliminating fraud Performing investigations in the case of incidents and finding the root cause of the problems that may occur in our systems. This requires the ability to see the big picture of our products and systems and being able to use all the dependencies between them to find the least obvious reasons for the problems and fix them. Collaborating with other Data Scientists who work on ML models for our company Working with the following cutting-edge technologies: GCP/ Google Big Query Databricks and Spark Python, ML libraries PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning Experiment Management platforms such as: MLFLOW, Optuna Contributing to the development of ML Platform we are building with the goal to improve existing algorithms and build new solutions across DT Products Skills and Experience 2+ years of experience in data science / ML Good coding skills in Python and SQL Cloud computing, preferably GCP Experience with Spark - a strong advantage Familiarity with Databricks - a strong advantage Ability to work independently Ability to develop solutions that bring value to the company Self motivation to achieve something remarkable Bachelor degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field Proficient communication in English is a must About Digital Turbine: Digital Turbine (NASDAQ: APPS) powers superior mobile consumer experiences and results for the world’s leading telcos, advertisers and publishers.
