Job Description We are seeking a technically skilled and passionate Data Scientist to join our international and dynamic Data Science department at AUTO1 Group Technology. As a Data Scientist at AUTO1 Group in the outflow sales team, you'll work on solving complex business challenges such as personalized recommendation, dynamic pricing for inventory cars, demand forecasting for used car markets, and finance risk prediction. You'll contribute to end-to-end development from prototyping solutions to deploying models in production. Our offer International team with flat hierarchies and open communication Educational budget to support your continuous learning and development Regular knowledge sharing sessions within the team on various topics Competitive salary in line with Albanian market standards, with performance-based growth opportunities International exposure working within a pan-European tech company headquartered in Berlin Job Description Develop and deploy machine learning models to support vehicle selling optimization and demand management Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions Work alongside engineering and product teams to integrate Data Science outputs into the AUTO1 tech infrastructure Monitor model performance in production and communicate findings and next steps to relevant stakeholders Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices Qualifications 1–3 years of hands-on experience with machine learning techniques, including traditional ML methods and neural networks Solid foundation in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design (including A/B testing) Proficiency in Python and SQL, and familiarity with at least one ML framework (PyTorch, Keras, or TensorFlow); experience with git/GitHub workflows Some experience contributing to data science projects across multiple lifecycle stages — from development through to production deployment; exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus Good communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to technical peers and non-technical stakeholders Collaborative mindset and fluent English communication Additional Information At AUTO1 Group we live an open culture, believe in direct communication, and value diversity.
