As a Data Scientist Generative AI Associate, you will play an integral role in developing, analyzing, and optimizing generative AI, data engineering, and analytical solutions for our practice management and clinical use cases. This role blends responsibilities across data science, data engineering, and analysis, reflecting the evolving nature of AI-driven positions.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related field
  • Coursework or project experience with supervised machine learning models (e.g., regression analysis, XGBoost, decision trees) and time-series forecasting (e.g., Prophet, Merlion)
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  • Basic understanding of big data tools and technologies, including Apache Spark, Apache Iceberg, and Dremio
  • Familiarity or interest in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and open-source AI models
  • Hands-on experience or coursework with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Exposure to big data technologies like Apache Spark, Iceberg, and Dremio
  • Familiarity with healthcare data analytics
Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating, managing, and evaluating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications
  • Support the utilization and fine-tuning of open-source models for healthcare applications
  • Develop and apply predictive models using supervised learning methods such as regression analysis, XGBoost, and decision trees
  • Utilize and implement time-series forecasting methods such as Prophet, Merlion, and similar frameworks
  • Collaborate on developing generative AI solutions for practice management and clinical use cases in ABA therapy
  • Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines using tools such as Spark, Iceberg, and Dremio
  • Prepare, clean, and analyze large datasets to derive strategic insights and support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and engineers
  • Contribute to the entire data and AI lifecycle, from ideation through deployment and monitoring
