JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Data Scientist III to support E&S AI2 by leading out end to end analytics initiatives and providing actionable insights that drive business actions and value. This includes data exploration, requirements gathering, presenting insights and operationalizing advance analytics capabilities. This role is crucial in supporting all workstreams in E&S AI2 related to model development and analytics:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Preferred: Bachelor’s or advanced technical degree (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance, or computer science); graduate degree with progressive project experience or 5+ years relevant experience (higher education/research tenure applicable).

Skills:

• Python / Databricks / SQL
• Tableau / Power BI
• Experience coaching peers as an SME or similar role
