We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Data Scientist Manager to apply AI and machine learning techniques to develop data-driven solutions that support strategic initiatives and stakeholder needs. This role delivers insights through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and ad-hoc analysis, helping teams make informed decisions and drive innovation across the organization..

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director Advanced Analytics, you will be empowered to:

  • Communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Design and prototype Generative AI applications using tools such as LangChain, Streamlit, and vector databases to create innovative, user-friendly solutions, ensuring usability, scalability and alignment with business needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Advanced Analytics team and business units to identify opportunities and implement AI-driven workflows that address real-world challenges.
  • Utilize Python and LLM APIs to build intelligent systems that automate decisions, personalize customer interactions, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Perform prompt engineering and data wrangling to fine-tune model inputs, ensure data quality, and support iterative model improvement based on user feedback.
  • Develop, validate, and maintain predictive models using both traditional machine learning and advanced AI techniques to support forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Document models, methodologies, and workflows in a clear and structured manner to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor and evaluate model performance continuously, taking ownership of the validation process to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with business goals.
  • Stay current with emerging AI frameworks, libraries, and platforms. Evaluate and recommend new tools that enhance the team’s capabilities and efficiency.
