Your Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Data Scientist to join our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team. This role will be central to building the data-driven foundation of our go-to-market engine. You will design and implement advanced analytics solutions and dashboards, provide contextual insights into performance trends, and help shape strategies to accelerate revenue growth across Sales, Marketing, Demand Generation, and Customer Success. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Visualization & Dashboarding Design, build, and maintain real-time Tableau dashboards that provide a holistic view of the Revenue Organization. Ensure data accuracy, automation, and ease of interpretation for executives and frontline teams. Continuously improve dashboards based on evolving business needs. 2. Data Analysis & Insight Generation Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact revenue performance. Provide contextual insights into business metrics, helping leadership understand the why behind the numbers. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to answer critical business questions. 3. Revenue Acceleration & Hypothesis Building Develop and test data-driven hypotheses to optimize pipeline velocity, marketing ROI, and customer retention. Collaborate with GTM leaders to recommend strategic actions that can accelerate revenue outcomes. Support experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, predictive modeling, scenario analysis) to validate revenue strategies. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 5–8+ years in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence, preferably within SaaS or a Revenue Operations function. Tools: Expert in Tableau (required), SQL, and Excel; familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM/marketing automation platforms. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python/R for data analysis and modeling is a plus. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models, funnel metrics, and GTM motions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success). Problem-Solving: Proven ability to transform data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Communication: Excellent storytelling and presentation skills to simplify complex data for senior executives.
