Overview Nakupuna Solutions is seeking a Data Scientist with strong experience delivering end-to-end analytic solutions in Palantir Foundry. The Data Scientist is a technical professional who creates, evaluates, deploys, and manages predictive models and analytics solutions using Foundry’s modeling tools, turning complex data into strategic insights that drive business outcomes. Lead full lifecycle data science work in Palantir Foundry, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model development, deployment, and ongoing model performance monitoring. Develop advanced analytics solutions to address complex data challenges Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into strategic decision-making Analyze large and diverse datasets to uncover trends and inform business strategies Design and implement data integration and visualization solutions using Palantir's and platforms Work closely with clients to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the analytics process Qualifications Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate is able to multi-task, is highly organized, has great attention to detail. Required: 3+ years of hands-on experience building and operationalizing models and analytic workflows in Palantir Foundry (e.g., Code Workbooks, Code Authoring, Model Objectives). Proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools Experience with data integration and visualization platforms (Preference given to Palantir Foundry) Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related fields Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets Excellent communication skills to convey data insights to stakeholders Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Passion for using data to drive impactful solutions in various industries Education/Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering data science solutions end-to-end in production environments, including data integration, modeling, and deployment. 3+ years of hands-on experience within the Palantir Foundry (Code Workbooks, Code Authoring, and Model Objectives) Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related fields Clearance Requirements: Active Secret security clearance required. Must be a U.S. citizen. Work Location: This position is 3 days onsite in Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation: Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers. Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations. Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer. The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $125,000.00 to $165,000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
