REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • US Citizenship
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret eligible clearance; Active federal background investigation with a T5 adjudication is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, Master’s degree with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years in a related field
  • Proficiency in Python or R for ML and statistical modeling
  • Experience with ML pipelines, experimentation, and cloud deployment
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale data processing
  • Familiarity with modern orchestration tools
  • Deep understanding of at least one major ML area (e.g., forecasting, NLP, optimization, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Polished oral and written communication skills sufficient to compose, tailor, and deliver original presentations and papers on abstract concepts
  • Ability to develops and employs strategies to analyze key issues, draw conclusions from data, and recommend viable solutions to address customer mission needs.
  • Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams to complete complex data science projects.
  • Experience in solving problems with structured and unstructured data
  • Experience in applying statistical and data visualization skills
  • Strong problem solving skills to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets. Proven ability to learn and master new software, technologies and techniques
  • Experience with inferential and descriptive statistics
