You will work closely with business users to understand domain challenges, develop and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models, and implement scalable AI solutions. Accountabilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate needs and define data-driven solutions. Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models and AI systems. Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and deep learning techniques to multi-modal datasets. Implement cloud-based solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Work with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions with APIs, microservices, and containerized environments. Promote best practices in CI/CD, AI ethics, and model governance. Communicate findings to leadership clearly, translating technical insights into business impact. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML solutions. Proficiency in Python for scripting, data manipulation, and API integration. Experience with LLMs, vector embeddings, transformer architectures, and generative AI techniques (including RAG). Knowledge of statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Huggingface-transformers). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or equivalent languages (5+ years). Ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
